I’m totally into the Z Grill line. My first model was the 450, but after a bunch of uses, it felt a bit cramped for what I needed, so I went ahead and got the 1000E, which is way bigger—about 2 and a half times the size! It operates just like the 450, and I’m a big fan of these smokers! They’re super easy to operate and clean up afterward. I’m even thinking of grabbing more as I kick off my business. Plus, I really dig the Z Grill brand oak pellets. I’ve tried other brands, and while they weren’t dirty, they were super dusty. I bet you know what I mean! Honestly, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this smoker. Just a quick note: I gave the Traeger a shot, which was pricier, but I prefer the Z Grill. I’ve only been at this smoking game for a little over three months, and Z Grill’s customer support has been fantastic. Oh, and the 1000E showed up in just 24 hours! Yep, you read that right. Thanks a ton, Z Grill!
